40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged 40-65 years old; 2. based 2018 china osreoarthritis treatment guideline dignosis knee osreoarthritis; 3. patients Kellgren & Lawrence clincal level more than II level, had dysfunction; 4. partients all design clincal trial informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient had radiologic characteristic, but had not overt symptom; 2. complicated with rheumatic arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis; 3. after joint replacement; 4. serious organ function failure: patients with cardiovascular disease had NYHA III level; patients with renal disease had CKD III stage; patients with liver disease had more than MELD 20 points.
