18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients who were pathologically diagnosed as gastric cancer or colorectal cancer and undergoing radical resection are not scheduled to undergo other organ resection at the same time; (2) NRS2002 nutritional risk score < 3, not meeting the standard of malnutrition (10%-15% weight loss in 6 months); BMI < 18.5 kg/m2; Serum albumin < 30mg/dL); (3) aged at least 18 years old; (4) capable of effective communication and informed consent; (5) the patient has not been treated with chemotherapy or radiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) it is accompanied by other severe gastrointestinal diseases and has gastrointestinal obstruction; (2) patients who were in the period of inflammatory response, long-term use of hormones before surgery, or underwent emergency surgery; (3) patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency before operation; (4) lower limb edema before surgery, limb disability, use of pacemakers, etc.
