Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this clinical trial and sign a written informed consent; 2. KPS score greater than or equal to 70; 3. Pathological staging: non-keratogenic carcinoma was divided into differentiated and undifferentiated types, Keratinous squamous cell carcinoma, Basal squamous cell carcinoma; 4. The initial diagnosis was t1-2n0m0, and the surgical margin was negative; 5. Blood routine, electrolyte, coagulation function, etc. meet the standards of chemotherapy and surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ECT or PET suggest patients with distant metastasis; 2.MR and CT suggested limited to nasopharynx or only invaded the nasal cavity, oral cavity and parapharyngeal space, with unilateral or bilateral lymph node enlargement; 3. Patients who cannot tolerate surgery; 4. With history of severe basic diseases and surgery; 5. Accepted any anti-cancer treatment before; 6. contraindications for chemotherapy.
