Age
20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 20 and 45 years old; 2. Women have normal menstrual cycle; 3. Women undergoing IVF or ICSI according to guideline; 4. Women whose retrieved oocytes number of 5 or more; 5. Sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who have previously been diagnosed with a uterine abnormality; 2. Women or their partners with an abnormal chromosome karyotype not including chromosome polymorphisms; 3. Women who have experienced recurrent spontaneous abortions; 4. Women with chronic medical conditions that have confirmed effects on pregnancy; 5. Women who has high risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) during controlled ovarian hyperstimulation; 6. Women who are unable to comply with the study procedures.
