Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation who had failed more than 6 weeks of conservative treatment were enrolled. Inclusion criteria were radicular leg pain due to soft lumbar disc herniation and body mass index less than 24 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were segmental instability, lumbar spinal stenosis, calcified disc herniation, recurrent lumbar disc herniation, and painless weakness.
