Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. early onset familial AD: younger than 65 years old, in line with NIA-AA AD diagnostic criteria, at least 2 first-degree relatives of at least 2 generations, 2-3 families; 2. sporadic AD: older than 65 Age, in line with NIA-AA AD diagnostic criteria, no family history, a total of 30 cases; 3. MCI: age is not limited, in line with NIA-AA MCI diagnostic criteria, no family history, a total of 30 cases; 4. normal controls: age greater than 65 years, no Cognitive function decreased, no neurodegenerative diseases or cerebral amyloid angiopathy, a total of 30 cases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dementia caused by vascular dementia, dementia with Lewy body, trauma, tumor, infection, thyroid dysfunction, vitamin B12 deficiency, alcohol and drug abuse.
