Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years old; 2. 14C-urea breath test or gastroscopic biopsy confirmed Helicobacter pylori infection; 3. Patients agree to be treated and participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Antimicrobial agents or bismuth agents were used within 4 weeks before treatment; 2. No proton pump inhibitor, H2 receptor antagonist and gastric mucosa protector were used within 2 weeks before treatment. 3. Probiotics, vitamin E and vitamin C were used within 2 weeks before treatment; 4. Severe heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction and autoimmune system diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients with drug allergy to the treatment regimen; 7. Other clinical data suggested tumor: positive fecal occult blood, increased tumor markers, imaging or endoscopy suggested tumor.
