Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this clinical trial and sign a written informed consent; 2. No history of severe basic diseases and surgery, and the KPS score was greater than or equal to 70; 3. Pathological staging: non-keratogenic carcinoma was divided into differentiated and undifferentiated types, Keratinous squamous cell carcinoma, basal squamous cell carcinoma; 4. The first diagnosed patient with clinical stage t3-4n1-2m0 had grade N = 2 (negative palpation of cervical lymph nodes, but unilateral or bilateral lymph node metastasis was suggested by imaging); 5. Blood routine, electrolyte, coagulation function, etc. meet the standards of chemotherapy and surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ECT or PET suggest patients with distant metastasis; 2. MR and CT suggested the tumor invading internal carotid artery and repeatedly bleeding patients; 3. Patients who cannot tolerate surgery; 4. Accepted any anti-cancer treatment before; 5. contraindication of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
