18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as any of the following: (1) bloodstream infection; (2) CAP; (3) HAP; (4) peritonitis; (5) acute suppurative cholangitis; (6) acute pyelonephritis; ) Skin and soft tissue infections. 2. meet the sepsis standard, namely 2 of the following 3: (1) respiratory rate = 22 beats / min; (2) systolic blood pressure = 100mmHg; (3) changes in consciousness. 3. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who are younger than18 years old; 2. mental state can not cooperate with observers or cognitive impairment.
