Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient was referred to the diagnostic guidelines of the Chinese association of urology and oncology. All patients received blood prostate specific antigen (PSA) examination and multi-parameter mri examination of prostate. The diagnosis of prostate adenocarcinoma and benign prostatic hyperplasia was confirmed by ultrasound B guided percutaneous biopsy of rectal prostate or transurethral resection of prostate by transurethral resection. The patient will be informed of the test procedure and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have a history of prostate cancer; 2. A history of transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) or prostatectomy; 3. Patients with prostatitis and other genitourinary infections; 4. Perform urethral operation such as catheterization or prostatic fluid examination for prostate massager within 1-2 weeks.
