Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The volunteer must sign the informed consent; 2. Age:18-60 years old. The gender is not limited 3. The diagnosis of the patient consists of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, and the heart function lies between I and III grade according to the NYHA standard; 4. LVEF>50%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, primary pulmonary artery high pressure; 2. The hemodynamics is not unstable; 3. Severe ventricular arrhythmia; 4. Liver and renal dysfunction; 5. Did not join in other drug trials in 3 months; 6. Heart failure with decreased ejection fraction; 7. Female with pregnancy or lactation.
