Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children are diagnosed with KD and hospitalized for the first time; 2. Concomitant coronary artery aneurysm formation: within 4 weeks of the course of KD, echocardiography 1 to 2 times per week found the formation of medium-sized coronary artery aneurysms; 3. Patients are willing and able to abide by the study plan and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The KD patients with mild coronary artery aneurysm; 2. Patients are allergic to aspirin and clopidogrel; 3. Patients with peptic ulcer; 4. Patients with obvious abnormal liver function; 5. Patients with hemorrhagic diseases; 6. Combined with other vasculitis diseases.
