Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first diagnosis of affective disorders or schizophrenia (ICD-10); 2. Chinese Han People; 3. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With serious physical illness can not cooperate with the implementation of this project; 2. Nervous system diseases.
