Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) gynecologic surgery patients; (2) aged 18~65 years old; (3) ASA II to III level; (4) general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with massive bleeding during operation (intraoperative blood loss >2000mL); (2) cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate; (3) With severe cardio pulmonary dysfunction; (4) those who did not get informed consent.
