Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) NSCLC was diagnosed by imaging, pathology and cytology; 2) according to UICC2017's Eighth Edition TNM staging standard, it was diagnosed as stage III B to IV NSCLC with inoperable treatment; 3) EGFR (-), ROS (-), ALK (-); 4) Karnofsky score was more than 80; 5) the age is 18~78 years old; the sex is not limited; 6) TCM syndrome differentiation is in line with the two deficiency of essence Qi (two asthenia of lung and kidney); 7) the expected life period is more than 4 months; 8) the end of radiotherapy and chemotherapy was more than or equal to February, and the Six Gentlemen Decoction was administered uniformly during the elution period; 9) patients understand the study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) those who do not conform to the above standards; 2) combined with severe heart, liver and kidney diseases and hematological diseases; 3) liver metastases and brain metastases were not excised; 4) severe infection; 5) take the targeted drug patients; 6) the TCM syndrome has less than two main syndromes and less than two syndromes; 7) person who did not use the prescribed medication.
