Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed as coronary heart disease by a tertiary hospital; 2. Meet the World Health Organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease; 3. aged between 60-80 years old; 4. patients in the stable period of coronary heart disease; 5. using statins and antiplatelet drugs; 6. willing to cooperate with the follow-up and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. can not accept regular follow-up; 2. uncontrolled diabetes; 3. uncontrolled grade 3 hypertension; 4. illiterate; 5. are participating in other pharmaceutical research projects; 6. combining more than 3 chronic diseases; 7. patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction (heart function 3 to 4, ALT and / or AST more than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal, Cr exceeds the upper limit of normal); 8. patients with severe mental disorders; 9. Other conditions that are not suitable for participating in pharmaceutical services.
