Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The family of the patient voluntarily signed the informed consent and informed the specific test plan; 2. Chinese nationality; 3. Children aged less than 6 years of age with end stage liver disease and liver transplantation; 4. Uncompleted hepatitis b vaccination, HBsAg(-) and HBsAb(-); 5. A variety of vaccines not completed due to liver disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with a temperature of more than 38 degrees; 2. ALT, TB>2 times normal; 3. In 6 months after liver transplantation, the vaccine was not suitable; 4. Liver transplantation does not inoculate and attenuated vaccine.
