Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-80 years old, male or female; 2) Can understand and sign informed consent; 3) Ability to communicate well with researchers and comply with the entire test requirements; 4) Have not taken probiotics or antibiotics for three months before surgery; 5) Gastric tumor or intestinal tumor resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of severe cerebrovascular disease and sequelae; 2) History of other neurodegenerative diseases such as dementia or Parkinson's disease; 3) Patients with epilepsy and schizophrenia; 4) History of previous traumatic head injury; 5) Severe heart disease, preoperative left ventricular systolic function 3; 9) History of alcohol abuse; 10) History of major surgery or secondary surgery; 11) Patients with intestinal irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease and other non-intestinal tumor diseases; 12) Patients with tumors in the stomach and intestines; 13) Vision or hearing impairment, speech disorder cannot be neuropsychological assessment; 14) Recent participation in other clinical trials; 15) Language communication barriers; 16) Illiteracy.
