Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Psychiatry: (1) Men and women between the ages of 14 and 65; (2) Typical group: meets the diagnostic criteria for bipolar disorder in ICD-10; (3) Atypical group: comprehensive analysis from the perspectives of pathological psychology/pathophysiology, psychiatric symptomology, etc., the symptoms are consistent with the concept of atypical symptoms proposed in the previous field test; 2. Gastroenterology: (1) Men and women between the ages of 18 and 65 years; (2) Comply with Roman IV diagnostic criteria for irritable bowel syndrome and functional dyspepsia; (3) Comply with WHO diagnostic criteria for peptic ulcer, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis; 3. Endocrinology: (1) Men and women aged 18-65 years; (2) Comply with WHO diagnostic criteria for impaired fasting glucose, impaired glucose tolerance, type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute infection, acute trauma, perioperative period, chronic disease complicated with complications; (2) Patients who are critically ill or unable to participate in the study at the end of the study (3) pregnant or lactating women
