Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females, aged more than 18 years; 2. Diagnosed as infective endocarditis; 3. Signature of informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiogenic shock; 2. Serious liver insufficiency; 3. End-stage renal disease or renal replacement therapy; 4. Life expectancy such as malignant tumor <1 year; 5. Mental disorder or alcohol dependence; 6. Pregnant woman 7. Not suitable to participate the research evaluated by the researchers.
