Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I or II, aged 18 to 50 years old, 45 ~ 75 kg weight; 2. All of them were anesthetized under the direction of ultrasound-guided transaxillary brachial plexus nerve block; 3. In this study, the axillary brachial plexus block was prepared by specialized physicians; 4. All puncture operations were performed by the same anesthesiologist; 5. The operation and postoperative follow-up doctors did not understand the grouping.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Abnormal peripheral cardiac function; Abnormal liver and kidney function; Inoculation site infection; , mental illness and drug allergy history; A history of cerebrovascular accidents; Upper limb sensory motor dysfunction; Chronic coagulation system disease; Today local anesthetics allergies; Non - conscious non - compliance.
