Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.In line with ESRD diagnostic criteria, secondary hyperparathyroidism, surgical indications 2.Hemodialysis treatment within 24 hours before surgery 3.age <65 years old 4.Signed the informed consent form and willing to participate in the trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia) 2. Severe hyperkalemia 3. systolic dysfunction, ejection fraction EF 140kg 8. Both arms have ostomy patients
