20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the histology of LEEP confirmed HSIL; (2) both the preoperative and postoperative results of human papillomavirus (HPV) (hr-hpv) were obtained from patients tested by human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA chips; (3) those who did not receive HPV tetravalent or bivalent vaccine before HSIL diagnosis; (4) patients who were followed for at least two years; (5) signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) after LEEP, histopathology confirmed positive cutting edge; (2) fertility requirement within a short period (within 6 months after surgery); (3) age < 45 years.
