Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) preoperative diagnosis of esophageal cancer and the fitting line of surgical treatment of patients.All patients with preoperative gastroscopy and pathological diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinomas, and pathologic TNM stage does not exceed T3a; (2) the preoperative CT confirmed the feasibility of chest esophageal cancer effect a radical cure; (3) preoperative cardiopulmonary function, kidney function, blood coagulation function in patients with no obvious abnormalities; (4) in patients with preoperative two weeks without using drugs affect the function of blood coagulation (such as: history of heparin, antiplatelet agents (aspirin and dipyridamole), coumarin, coumarin, warfarin), a new oral anticoagulants (especially the new development of public oral X a direct factor and II a inhibitors). (5) No acute infection, no chronic inflammation, no metabolism or endocrine disease; (6) The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II - level III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients don't agree to be included in the object of study; (2) the preoperative gastroscopy pathology TNM stage than T3a, or according to the imaging result evaluation thoracoscope was unable to complete esophageal cancer radical surgery; (3) preoperative cardiopulmonary function merge, liver and kidney function, blood coagulation function obviously abnormal; (4) preoperative two weeks used drugs affect blood coagulation function (such as: heparin, antiplatelet agents (aspirin and dipyridamole), coumarin, coumarin, warfarin), a new oral anticoagulants (especially the new development of public oral X a direct factor and II a inhibitors)); (5) preoperative complicating acute infection, chronic inflammation, metabolism and endocrine diseases; (6) ASA sizing does not conform to the person.
