Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with clinically diagnosed spinal cord injury, with AIS grade D; (2)MAS classification was greater than or equal to 3 levels, and the spasm state of lower limbs entered a stable period; (3) after conservative treatment (drugs, physical therapy, etc.), there was no significant improvement, which affected patients' daily life; (4) aged 16-60 years; (5) agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) spasm in progress (generally within 1 year) (2) MAS classification <3; (3) cognitive dysfunction (simple MMSE = 24/30); (4) severe depression (HAMD = 24 points); (5) severe primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, with poor systemic conditions; (6) inability to cooperate with rehabilitation training after surgery
