18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II; Aged 18 to 65 years old; BMI 18 to 25 kg/m2; Elective general anesthesia thoracoscopic lobectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sevoflurane or isoflurane allergy, severe cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney and other history of patients, Coagulation system disease, morbidly obese (BMI>40kg/m2).
