18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Medication-resistant depression as assessed by psychiatrist; 3. Must comprehend Chinese well to ensure adequate comprehension of the EEG and TMS instructions, and of clinical scales ; 4. Has failed >1 previous adequate antidepressant medication trials; 5. not under treatment of rTMS; 6. no implant metal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any unstable medical condition; 2. Any current or history of neurological disorders, such as stroke, seizure, tumor, hemorrhage, multiple sclerosis, etc .; 3. Currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
