Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mother be informed of two methods of umbilical cord treatment when she was hospitalized, and signed the informed consent; Household registration in Yiwu.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prenatal diagnosis of pregnant mothers with gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, pregnancy with severe anemia or other abnormal conditions; Fetal fetal malformation; Abortive multiple pregnancy; Having the intention to withhold information; The placental abruption and placenta previa in the mother and infant with insoluble blood type; All landowners emergency birth; Fetal intrauterine growth retardation; Score below 7; Fei did not sign the informed consent, non-municipal household registration.
