Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) elderly people aged 60-75 years old (inclusive); 2) Nursing diagnosis is: compliance with the treatment plan is effective; 3) can exercise independently; 4) Have a normal level of intelligence, can accurately understand the action instructions throughout the experiment; 5) The risk of coronary heart disease is stratified into low-risk patients; 6) Those who can operate WeChat software; 7) The subject agrees to accept the experiment after understanding the experimental content and process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with lower extremity arthritis who have severe upper and lower extremity activities; 2) those who suffer from nervous system or cardio-pulmonary diseases and affect athletes; 3) Patients who are unable to follow up regularly.
