18 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18-75 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of ACS, including UA, NSTEMI, STEMI; 3. Coronary artery angiography confirmed >50% stenosis of at least one main coronary branch; 4. Provision of informed consent prior to any study specifc procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to statins or ezetimibe; 2. Current treatment with statins, ezetimibe or other lipid-lowing drugs; 3. Severe renal dysfunction defned as eGFR=30 ml/min/1.73 m2; 4. Severe liver dysfunction defned as ALT or AST =3×ULN or bilirubin=1.5×ULN; 5. Patients with myopathy, or CK=5×ULN; 6. Dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, severe heart valvular disease, NYHY III-IV, and other severe systemic disease; 7. Women with a positive pregnancy test, or women of child-bearing potential who did not take appropriate contraceptive measures; 8. Already or expect to take a large dose of corticosteroids; 9. History of malignant tumor; 10. Life expectancy =24 months.
