Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective neurosurgery under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 18-59 years; 3. BMI 18.5-24.0 kg/m2; 4. ASA grade II or III; 5. History of epilepsy of more than one year. 6. Oral single antiepileptic drug at most before operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with neuromuscular disease, history of endocrine disease, hypoproteinemia, electrolyte disorders, acid-base imbalance, arrhythmia, difficult airway, abnormal liver and kidney function, allergic history, and recently taking drugs that affect the function of neuromuscular junctions.
