Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with initial aortic dissection and aortic aneurysm; 2. with detailed clinical data and basic personal information, complete imaging data and support for diagnosis; 3. The patient did not receive a large amount of fluid therapy or blood transfusion treatment outside the hospital when he was admitted to the hospital; 4. blood system test is basically normal: neutrophils = 2 * 10^9/L, white blood cells = 4 * 10^9/L, hemoglobin = 100g/L. Liver and kidney function is basically normal: serum albumin 40~55g/L; alanine aminotransferase (ALT) 5-40 U/L; aspartate aminotransferase (AST) 8-40U/L; total bilirubin (STB) 1.71-17.1 µmol/L; direct bilirubin (CB) 1.71-7µmol/L (1-4 mg/L); blood urea 3.2-7.0 mmol/L; creatinine clearance > 60 ml/ml.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. has a familial aortic disease; 2. has been diagnosed or highly suspicious: connective tissue disease, Marfan syndrome, Loeys-Dietz syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Tuner syndrome, hereditary vascular disease; 3. traumatic aortic dissection, infectious aortitis (syphilitic arteritis, tuberculous arteritis); 4. autoimmune disease-related aortitis: systemic lupus erythematosus, giant cell arteritis, Takayasu arteritis, Behet disease; 5. shock; obvious organ failure.
