A:Hysteroscopic scissors to resect adhesions, removed scars and recover the normal morphology of the uterus as completely as possible
B:A homemade modified balloon catheter combined with scissors to dissect adhesions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Moderate and severe IUA according to the criteria of the American Fertility Society (AFS); 2. The prior menstrual cycle was regular, and sex hormone levels were normal; 3. Patients aged 25–35 years old with fertility requirements; 4. Spouse with normal semen examination; 5. Written informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received hormone therapy within 3 months of enrollment; 2. Severe systemic disease and other contradictions to oestrogen or surgery; 3. Suffering from leiomyoma, polyps, cancer, polycystic ovary syndrome or premature ovarian failure; 4. Spouse infertility or other causes of infertility, such as fallopian tubal blockage; 5. History of genital tuberculosis.
