Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 80 years old; clear consciousness; non-critical critically ill patients; lung mass; patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Changes in surgical procedures; analgesia pump discontinuation due to analgesic pump adverse reactions (including dizziness, nausea, vomiting); postoperative hospitalization less than 72 hours, etc. can not complete follow-up;patients who refused to cooperate.
