Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic points of cerebral infarction in all kinds of cerebrovascular diseases adopted by the 4th national conference on cerebrovascular diseases of the Chinese medical association in 1995, and confirmed with clinical manifestations by cranial CT or MRI; 2. The initial onset, ModifiedRankinScale (MRS) was no more than 3, and the course of disease was within 3 months; 3. Patients aged 50 to 75 years, signed informed consent, and persisted in 14 or 28 days of treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot tolerate VNS or who are at other serious risk; 2. Patients who are unable to continue treatment for 14 or 28 days, or who have other serious complications or diseases that require priority treatment during treatment; 3. Patients with progressive nervous system or other serious organic diseases; 4. History of unilateral cervical vagus nerve dissection, arrhythmia, asthma or active lung disease, peptic ulcer.
