Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complies with the diagnostic criteria for F51.0 non-organic insomnia in the Chinese Mental Disorders Classification and Diagnostic Criteria, 3rd Edition (CCMD-3); 2. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score > 7 points; 3. Zung anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) = 50 points, Zung depression self-rating scale (SDS) = 50 points 4. Aged 18 to 65 years old men and women; 5 patients signed informed consent; Note: Patients who meet the above 5 items can only be included in this study. 618 years old = age = 65 years old, both men and women;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women and lactating women, who have birth requirements in the past six months; 2. have systemic diseases such as pain, fever, cough, surgery, etc.; 3. combined with cardiovascular, digestive, urinary, respiratory, blood, nerve, endocrine system and other serious primary diseases can not effectively control the disease; 4. merger of people with mental disorders; 5. have bleeding, allergies; 6. insomnia caused by alcohol and/or psychotropic substance abuse and dependence; 7. combined with chronic fatigue syndrome, sputum disorders, epilepsy, dementia, Alzheimer's disease; 8. Those who have received acupuncture treatment for insomnia, mood disorders, and cognitive impairment in the past 3 months; 9. are participating in other clinical trials; Note: Any patient who meets any of the above should be excluded.
