Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA class I-II; 2. Unilateral knee replacement is planned, with no limitation on the left and right sides; 3. Combined spinal and epidural analgesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Could not complete the VAS pain score; 2. Muscle strength of both legs is below V level; 3. No analgesic drugs were injected into the articular cavity during the operation; 4. Previous TKA operation; 5. There is contraindication in the spinal canal or voluntary selection of general anesthesia.
