Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. monozygotic twins; 2. aged 3~10 years old; 3. One of the twins is fully compliant with another based on DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for ASD; or both are fully compliant with the DSM-5 for ASD diagnostic criteria; 4. Used to the right hand; 5. The guardian agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Although it meets the clinical diagnostic criteria of ASD, there are secondary ASDs with clear etiological diagnosis, such as: fragile X syndrome, tuberous sclerosis, propiophenone Urine, Rett syndrome, angel syndrome, pediatric giant brain malformation syndrome, type 1 neurofibromatosis, Zhubert syndrome, Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome, etc.; 2. a clear history of traumatic brain injury; 3. have a history of nervous system diseases and serious physical diseases; 4. There are clear mental disorders of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and learning disabilities; 5. people taking psychotropic drugs within two weeks.
