Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 45 and 75 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of endocrinologic disease, hypertension (DBP>160 mmHg), ischemic heart disease, second or third degree heart block, long-term abuse of or addiction alcohol (> six month), opioids, or sedative–hypnotic drugs, DEX allergy, neuropsychiatric diseases
