Age
20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 and 80 years old; 2. Definitive diagnosis of chronic heart failure, echocardiography or left ventricular angiography or isotope scan showed LVEF = 50%, after long-term optimized drug treatment, NYHA grading is still II or III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ischemic heart disease have MI<40 days; 2. A history of cardiac arrest, ventricular fibrillation, and ventricular tachycardia with hemodynamic instability; CABG or PCI revascularization within 3.2 months; 4. Women of childbearing age who use contraceptives; 5. Combined with severe cerebrovascular disease; 6. Combined with increased mortality of patients during the experimental observation period (except patients who used cardiotonic agents); 7. Patients participating in other clinical trials
