Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged at least 65 years male and female; 2. surgery at 24-72 hours after hip fracture; 3. BMI 18 to 30; 4. ASA Physical Status Classification: class I to class III; 5. CRAMS scale 9 to 10.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Injured less than 24 hours or more than 72 hours 2. ASA Physical Status Classification: class IV and class V; 3. CRAMS scale less than 9; 4. Patients with multiple injuries; 5. With a history of chronic immune system diseases; 6. With a history of prosthesis implantation; 7. Being or with a history of immunocompromised drugs taken in 6 months.
