Intermediate risk group:Inductive therapy (Pred+VDLP)+Early intensive therapy (CAML×2)+Consolidation therapy (M)+Delay intensive therapy (VDLD+CAML×2)+Maintenance thrapy (6-MP+MTX/VD)
High risk group:Inductive therapy (Pred+VDLD)+Early intensive therapy (CAML×2)+Consolidation therapy (HR-1, HR-2, HR-3)×2+Delay intensive therapy (VDLD+CAML)+Maintenance thrapy (6-MP+MTX/VD)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, less than 18 years old; 2. The diagnosis was acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The immunophenotype was B precursor lymphocyte phenotype. 3. New patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mature B or Acute ambiguous lineage leukemia; 2. Secondary to immunodeficiency disease; 3. Second tumor; 4. CML zag leukemia; 5. ALL with Down 'S syndrome; 6. The glucocorticoid is used for more than one week or other radiochemotherapy one month before in the group
