Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80 years old; (2) first onset, cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; (3) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for stroke developed by the Chinese Medical Association Neurology Branch in 2014, and confirmed by CT and/or MRI scans; (4) Neurological deficit degree score (NIHSS) 5~15 points; (5) There are limb dysfunction, Brunnstrom function stage II~III; (6) Patients in home care; the ability of caregivers = 40 points; (7) There are computers and networks in the home; (8) Get informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) serious heart, liver, lung, kidney and other organ diseases; (2) cognitive dysfunction or mental disorder; (3) There are other diseases that affect motor function, such as osteoarthrosis; (4) Complete aphasia; (5) Legal blindness or serious visual impairment.
