Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All Subjects included in this projet must have signed written informed consent; aged 18-65 years old; 2. The depression group will be collected from the Xijing hospital both as an outpatient or inpatient adult. The patient was eligible for the DSM-5 depression diagnosis standard. 30 patients will be collected in depression group whose HAMD-24 total score was =20 points; 3. The healthy control group will be collected from Tangdu Hospital as outpatient in medical examination center. The 30 subjects have no subjective discomforts ,and their HAMD-24 total score was =8 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for Depression group: 1. Have other mental disorders that meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5; 2. pregnant, lactating women; 3. took any kind of psychotropic drugs in the past 2 weeks (except benzodiazepines and Z-type sleep aids). The exclusion criteria for Healthy group: 1. Have any type of mental disorder that meets the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Known to have any other physical illness.
