Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with single-lung ventilation undergoing lobectomy or esophageal surgery, aged 20-65 years, BMI 18~25kg/m2, ASA I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperatively combined with severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases, moderate anemia, pulmonary function tests more than moderate abnormalities, FEV1/FVC <65% (pulmonary function test: record FVC%, FEV1%), long-term Use sedative analgesics, hypoproteinemia, water and electrolytes, and acid-base balance disorders and patients with coagulopathy.
