Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with acquired brain injury (cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, brain trauma), including stroke patients meet the 2007 WHO diagnostic criteria for stroke; Confirmed by CT/MRI as acquired brain injury; 2. MoCA score < 26 points; 3. No history of mental or neurological disease; 4. aged 50-75 years; 5. Diagnosed with swallowdisorder by EAT-10 and VFSS; 6. The patient can receive oral feeding though adjust food in VFSS.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with a history of head and neck radiotherapy or oral surgery, or other peripheral neuromuscular diseases caused by impaired swallowing function; 2. Patient with tongue muscle atrophy or taste disorders; 3. Patient with sensory aphasia or complete aphasia; 4. Patient with previous history of epilepsy; 5. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
