Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) conforming to the diagnostic criteria of stroke and confirmed by CT or MRI; (2) The first onset, unilateral limb hemiplegia, and the affected limb Brunnstrom stage is stage I-IV; (3) The course of disease is between 7 days and 6 months; (4) Aged 18 to 70 years old; (5) Standing balance = 1 level, walking function Holden classification = 2 levels; (6) The patient gave informed consent to the study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Progressive stroke; (2) The responsible lesion is located in the brainstem or cerebellum; (3) If there is skin damage or infection in the head or affected lower limb, the electrode is attached; (4) The muscle tension of the flexor tendon group is MAS=3; (5) Those with combined traumatic brain injury or malignant tumors; (6) other neuromuscular and osteoarticular diseases that affect walking ability; (7) Metal implants and pacemakers in the brain; (8) aphasia, no sensory disturbance, no serious cognitive dysfunction (AMT = 7 points); (9) serious heart, lung, kidney and other related diseases.
