Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 70 years old; 2. admitted to hospital for seeking surgery in nasopharynx; 3. the olfactory test is normal; 4. have signed Informed Consent Form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have olfactory disorder; 2. severe nasal sinus infection; 3. coagulation dysfunction; 4. a long history of drug abuse; 5. a history of mental illness.
