Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (2010 Revised Edition): 1) no history of alcohol consumption or less than 140 g/week of alcohol consumption (female < 70 g/week); 2) specific diseases leading to fatty liver except viral hepatitis; 3) histological changes of liver biopsy conform to the pathological diagnosis of fatty liver disease. Break the standard; 4) In view of the difficulty in obtaining histological diagnosis of the liver, patients with diffuse fatty liver diagnosed by ultrasonography, CT and MR were included in 5. Patients with metabolic syndrome-related components: serum aminotransferase and glutamate aminotransferase levels may increase slightly to moderately (less than 5) The upper limit of normal value is usually higher than that of ALT. 2. patients scheduled for FMT treatment; 3. had no other chronic organic diseases except liver and intestinal tract.
