Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cervical pain accompanied by upper extremity radiation pain, cervical X-ray showed vertebral body hyperplasia, hook joint hyperplasia was obvious, intervertebral foramen of intervertebral space became smaller; 2. aged from 45 to 65 old years;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. cervical extra-vertebral lesions (such as thoracic hemorrhage syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder); 2. Suspected or confirmed cervical vertebrae and intraspinal tumors, brain tumors; 3. Hematological patients with bleeding tendency; 4. bone and joint tuberculosis, osteomyelitis and senile osteoporosis; 5. the diagnosis of spinal cord injury with spinal cord injury symptoms; 6. developmental spinal stenosis (vertebral canal ratio = sagittal radial diameter / vertebral sagittal diameter <0.75); 7. Patients with severe heart, lung and brain diseases; 8. Those with severe skin damage or skin diseases in the manipulation area; 9. cervical spondylosis.
